1. Using the site

The site presents our work and services. You may browse it, watch the videos and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, or scrape its content in bulk.

2. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, videos, photographs and graphics belong to Medialike Production or to the clients and partners we produced them with, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, edit or use them commercially without written permission.

Brand names and logos of our clients — including those shown in our portfolio — are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear only to identify work we have produced, and their presence does not grant you any right to use them.

3. External links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds content from third parties such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and news publishers. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Embedded videos load only when you press play — see our Privacy Policy.

4. No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is a binding offer — every project is agreed separately in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medialike Production is not liable for any loss resulting from your use of the site or of linked third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
